Oven Baked Jammin' Sammies
This one is so simple and so yummy and can be done for parties.
Cut open some Hawaiian rolls, butter each side, then layer with ham, either thinly sliced or shaved (I prefer shaved), some Swiss or Provolone cheese (could do some yummy goat cheese, but hubby is not a fan), slather some Hot Peach, Raspberry Jalapeño or Strawberry Jalapeño jelly on the top side of the rolls, put them back together, brush melted butter on top and bake for 15 minutes.

Spike Strawberry Jalapeno Lemonade
Make a Crystal Light Lemonade packet (I used what I had on hand tonight which was raspberry lemonade) according to directions and pour into you cocktail shaker add a tablespoon or two (I did two) of Nemo's Jalapeno Jelly, 2 shots of vodka (or however much you like) and some ice. SHAKE IT UP! Pour in your fancy glass or, well, a mason jar (not so fancy here, just a Texan from birth) and add some sliced strawberries and if you want a couple of seeded jalapeno slices.

Jalapeno Sweet Potatoes
Don't make fun of me, because this is darn good numnums!!
I frequently make fresh sweet potatoes in my Instant Pot for me and Zeus (the amazing Boxer of my life). He gets them plain mixed with his chicken and green beans. I like mine mixed with Nemo's Jalapeno Jelly.
Sweet with a little kick. It really jazzes up your sweet potatoes.

Jalapeno Pineapple Chutney Chicken
(Difficulty Level: Are you kidding? Even a kid can do it.)
Whatcha Need:
Chicken breasts
Nemo’s Jalapeno Jelly
Mills Gourmet Sweet Jalapenos
Red Bell Pepper
Pineapple (Fresh or canned well drained)
Salt
Foil
(For a little spicier rendition – sprinkle chicken with Aw Shit)
How It Is Done:
Make foil packets and place on a sheet pan.
Season your chicken breasts and place in foil packet.
Dice up your sweet jalapenos, red bell pepper and pineapple into very small pieces and then mix in a bowl with jalapeno jelly. Pour over the chicken and roll packet closed with a slight opening in the top.
Cook in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, then open packet and cook an additional 10 minutes. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of your chicken breasts, so make sure to check the internal temp and make sure it is cooked throughout. This can be served over a bed of rice.
PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD OR YOU NEVER KNOW HOW GREAT COMBOS CAN BE!!!

So Easy Strawberry Jalapeno Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls
(Difficulty Level: For Real??? It doesn’t get easier!)
Whatcha Need:
Crescent roll dough (Pillsbury or generic – doesn’t matter)
Whipped Cream Cheese
Nemo’s Strawberry Jalapeno Jelly
Strawberries
Cinnamon Sugar
Butta’ (that’s butter for y’all northerners)
How It Is Done:
Roll out each crescent roll on a parchment lined sheet pan.
Place a dollop of cream cheese in the center of the large end, lay 2 or 3 slices of strawberry on top, then add a dollop of strawberry jalapeno jelly. Roll that bad boy up, pinching the ends together to hold in the goodies. Brush with some melted butta’ and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugary goodness and bake per crescent roll package instructions. Let cool a minute or so, because it is hot. Then enjoy that sweet and spicy perfection.
Is this a breakfast pastry or a dessert? We don’t know. We eat it anytime!

SWEET JALAPENO GREEN BEANS
This is the new one and you can modify which green beans you wish to use - fresh, frozen (defrosted) or canned. I used fresh.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to your pan and a couple of pats of butter. If using fresh green beans, trim them and then add them to the skillet. Cover and allow them to cook on medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until they start getting tender. Cut grape or cherry tomatoes in half and add to the pan along with a tablespoon of diced jarred jalapenos and continue to cook until the green beans are tender, but still with a little snap. The tomatoes will create a juice in the pan, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of our NEMO'S JALAPENO JELLY and stir until fully incorporated. Allow to cook for 5 more minutes covered on medium heat. These will be a sweet and spicy green beans. So very tasty, like no other green beans you have had. Cook time for frozen and canned green beans will be less than that of fresh green beans.

Super Easy Hot Jam & Ham Panini
2 slices of sourdough bread
Butter
Ham
Cheese
(Provolone, Swiss or Goat Cheese is best)
Raven's Nest Hot Peach Jam
I have a panini press, so this process if very simple for me. I take my two slices of bread and butter each side then place them on my panini press and toast one side. I flip one over and place my ham and cheese on that slice and then spread the jam on the toasted side of the other slice and place that side down on the cheese and close the press and cook until the bread is toasted on the outside of the sandwich.
If you do not have a panini press you can do this process on a stove top grilling pan or regular pan. I will say I do love my panini press.
